5. Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27 Annual Action Plan: Federal Funding Recommendations
Veronica Ortiz-De Anda, Community Development Assistant Manager
Staff will present the federal funding recommendations for the FY 2026-27 Annual Action Plan.
Recommended Action – Recommend approval of the FY2026-27 federal funding recommendations to the Board of Supervisors
6. County Fund for Housing (CFH) and Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF) – Funding Recommendations
Krista Fotou, Community Development Program Coordinator
Staff will present the non-federal funding recommendations for the County Fund for Housing and Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Asset Fund.
Recommended Action - Recommend approval of the CFH and LMIHAF funding recommendations to the Board of Commissioners
7. Approval of Extensions to Project Based Voucher Agreements
Martha Cheever, Deputy Director
Staff will present proposed extensions to project-based voucher agreements for Fitch Mountain Terrace Apartments, Fife Creek Commons, and Daniel Drive Apartments.
Recommended Action – Approve extensions of the Project Based Voucher Agreements for Fitch Mountain Terrace Apartments, Fife Creek Commons, and Daniel Drive Apartments
