Search Assessor's Parcel Information
Provided by the Assessor's Office. Search results include Assessor Parcel Number lookup, basic parcel information, value notices and parcel maps (TIFF format).
Search ParcelQuest for Maps and Recent Sales
Provided by ParcelQuest, a third-party vendor. In addition to basic parcel information, ParcelQuest results include, maps (PDF format), recent sales in the area, transaction history and other data that they gather as part of their service and may offer additional or more detailed information for a fee.
Search ActiveMap for GIS Data
Provided by the Permit and Resource Management Department. Search an interactive map with a large choice of geographic, detailed and general map data for the unincorporated areas of Sonoma County.
Search Assessor's Parcel Information
The Assessment Roll is a public document that lists property values and location information for all taxable real estate, business property and personal property in the county. Information displayed here is current as of the most recently published Assessment Roll and parcel maps are updated monthly.
Since August 2011, all Assessed Value Change Notices and Prop 8 Notices have been available primarily through this website.

Assessor Parcel Number Lookup
Enter the property address or the first part of the address.
Value Change Notices and Prop 8 Notices
Search your property by using either a partial address or parcel number then click the "View/Print Value Notice" link at the top of the property information page to view and/or print your notice.
As a cost savings measure, the Assessed Value Change Notices and Prop 8 Notices will no longer be mailed through the U.S. Postal Services unless specifically requested.
Privacy Notice
To protect your privacy, we do not display party name information in the results of any searches you perform via this web site. California Government Code sections 7928.200 through 7928.230 prohibit the display of home addresses or telephone numbers of any elected or appointed official on the Internet by any state or local agency without first obtaining the written permission of that individual.

Search Active Map GIS Data
ActiveMap is an online Interactive Mapping Application that gives the public access to General Plan Land Use, Zoning and many other land development related data sets for property within unincorporated Sonoma County.
Information Available With This Search
The mapping application has three maps to choose between: Base, Zoning and General Plan. Each map provides different types of geographic data used in land use planning and land development. Users will be able to research many PRMD data sets for properties within unincorporated Sonoma County. This is only a small list of the searchable information.
