SIDE LETTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN
COUNTY of SONOMA
AND
SONOMA COUNTY PROSECUTORS’ ATTORNEYS (SCPA)

RE: REGIONAL PARKS GENERAL PARKS MEMBERSHIP

April 21, 2023

This side letter of agreement by and between the County of Sonoma ("County") and the Sonoma County Prosecutors’ Attorneys (“Association”), hereinafter collectively called "the parties,” confirm the County will issue each bargaining unit member a Regional Parks General Parks Membership annually for each year of the contract:

• July 1, 2023
• July 1, 2024
• July 1, 2025

This side letter is subject to and will be in effect during the term of the successor MOU.
