SIDE LETTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN
COUNTY of SONOMA
AND
SERVICE EMPLOYEES’ INTERNATIONAL UNION, LOCAL 1021 (SEIU)
RE: REGIONAL PARKS GENERAL PARKS MEMBERSHIP
March 28, 2023
This side letter of agreement by and between the County of Sonoma ("County") and the Service Employees’ International Union Local 1021 ("Union"), hereinafter collectively called "the parties,” confirm the County will issue each bargaining unit member a Regional Parks General Parks Membership annually for each year of the contract:
- July 1, 2023
- July 1, 2024
- July 1, 2025
This side letter is subject to and will be in effect during the term of the successor MOU.
