Administration
This division coordinates ISD’s budget with the CAO and billing to a hundred general fund and non-general fund indexes as well as buying technology for most County departments.
Information Management
This division is responsible for assisting business partners in effectively distributing, using, and managing the data they collect. Key services include web hosting and design, document remediation, geographical information systems, document management, and records management.
Innovation
Works with Sonoma County leadership to stimulate an environment for systems innovation while developing business strategies that serve the growing technology needs of the County enterprise.
Systems and Programming
The responsibilities of this division include designing, developing, installing and maintaining business applications throughout the County.
Technical Services
This division designs, builds, and supports the core technology infrastructure that helps County workers communicate with their clients and coworkers.
