The Community Corrections Partnership comprises representatives from several departments and organizations who recommend programming and funding for Sonoma County’s criminal justice system, with a particular focus on programs for offenders sentenced under the 2011 Public Safety Realignment Act.
The Data Management and Evaluation Subcommittee develops outcome measures to determine program effectiveness and provides guidance for data collection, management, and reporting.
The Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council is convened for the purpose of creating and revising the County’s Comprehensive Multi-Agency Juvenile Justice Plan.
In 2021 Senate Bill 823 realigned to Counties youth who were formerly committed to the California Department of Corrections Division of Juvenile Justice.
