A draft of the Sonoma County 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 One Year Action Plan (Action Plan), and FY 2020-2021, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025 Action Plan Substantial Amendments have been prepared and are available for review and public comment starting on Friday, May 23, 2025, through Sunday, June 22, 2025. Comments may be submitted by email to Valerie.Johnson@sonoma-county.org, or in writing to the Sonoma County Community Development Commission, until 5:00 p.m. on June 22, 2025. This posting also serves as a public hearing notice. The Sonoma County Community Development Committee and the Cities and Towns Advisory Committee will hold concurrent public hearings to finalize their review of the draft 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, FY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan, and the proposed Substantial Amendments to the FY 2020-2021, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025 Action Plans. The committees will make their recommendation to the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors at the public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, June 25th, 2025.
