The mission of the VAAC is to provide recommendations on how best to implement federal and state laws regarding access to the electoral process for voters with disabilities. Topics on the agenda for the August 2023 meeting include updates on the upcoming November 2023 Consolidated Election, future Vote Center locations, outreach events, sharing Vote Center Experience Surveys from past Voter's Choice Act elections, updates to Sonoma County's Election Administration Plan, updates to the "No Pary Preference and Cross-Over Voting" video, and suggestions for improving the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters website.
