PEACE OFFICER MEMORIAL CEREMONY MAY 14

The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office is hosting a ceremony honoring peace officers who gave their lives in service to our community at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14, at 2796 Ventura Ave. in Santa Rosa.

This annual ceremony pays tribute to 10 fallen members of our Sheriff's Office — each remembered for their courage, dedication and ultimate sacrifice. An Honor Guard will present a ceremonial salute, and lunch will be served inside following the service. The ceremony will also be livestreamed on the Sonoma Sheriff Facebook page for those unable to attend in person.
