Notice of Intent to Award: RFP for Medical Support for Disaster Shelters
The evaluation panel carefully reviewed and analyzed the proposals received in response to the above referenced solicitation. Based upon that review and analysis, we are recommending to the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors that contracts be awarded to IEM International, Inc and LIFEwest of Northern California.

Sonoma County issues health advisory due to poor air quality caused by Pickett Fire in Calistoga
The Sonoma County Health Officer today issued the following health advisory: Areas of Sonoma County may experience poor air quality caused by the wildfire event in Napa County. People may experience adverse health effects from the smoke over Sonoma County and across the region. Below are some things you can do when the air quality is poor.
Westside Road reopens Aug. 28 as Sonoma County nears completion of major storm recovery project
Nearly seven months after an atmospheric river dropped a deluge of rain on Sonoma County, causing massive destruction and tragically claiming two lives, the first of six critical road repair projects is nearing full completion. Westside Road in Forestville will reopen on Thursday, August 28, at noon including a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by Sonoma County Public Infrastructure to mark the milestone.
