         • LC will vote at the July meeting whether to put Measure Y extension on the November 2024 ballot

         • Library Update by Dara Bradds:
           • Petaluma beginning July 1 will move to a temporary location during remodel
         • Archives Operating Agreement Update

      2. History and Genealogy Library Report
         
         • Update by Zayda Delgado by email:
           • HVAC/ADA improvement closure has been postponed from July to late 2024.
           • H&G has submitted two grant applications to improve preservation for collections.  We hope to hear back about the grants soon.
           • Marshall McGraw, H&G Library Associate, has been promoted to Librarian at the Roseland branch, effective 6/16.  We will be working to fill this vacancy.
   4. Archives Activity Report
      1. Update by Zayda Delgado:
         • May was a busy request month: 39 resources requested from 10 requestors.  Eight (8) requests from 2 county agencies.
   5. Collections & Archives Recognition Awards
      1. Margaret shares Collections and Archives Recognition Awards Timeline Draft with Roles and Responsiblities and a rough outline of the event planning.
      2. Margaret to send Secretary template documents
   6. Outreach
      1. “Researching the History of a Sonoma County Property” pamphlet update:
         • Secretary will review submitted changes for a June 2024 update.
      2. Finding History Day, Saturday, November 2, 2024, 10:00am to 2:00pm, Veterans Memorial Hall, Santa Rosa
         1. Secretary to request a table for HRC and Clerk-Recorder-Assessor
         2. Secretary to look into office iPad and iPad stand
         3. Secretary to look at HRC table runner for events

   8. County Recorder update on the status of the Restrictive Covenant Modification Program
      1. Documents January 1964 through December 1981 have been sent through the system for OCR
      2. Documents January 1964 to December 1975 have been reviewed and 33 Restrictive Covenant Modifications were recorded.
