  • Construction and Public Works Projects using Document 00821, use Template 1
  • Construction and Public Works Projects (Water Agency Only), For Projects using Document 00800, use Template 2
  • Job Order Contracts (JOCs) using Document 00821, use Template 25

Repair & Maintenance
