Rating & Ranking Process for the 2021 Continuum ofCare Competition

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that local CoC’s prioritize all renewal and new projects submitted in our consolidated application. As in past years, project priorities will be generated by a scoring system, site visits and interviews by the CoC Competition Evaluation Ad Hoc Committee, made up of impartial members of the Sonoma County Continuum of Care Board. Request for Qualifications for Indoor Outdoor Shelter Site(s) and Services Now Available

The County of Sonoma has released a Request for Qualifications/Proposals for Indoor-Outdoor Shelter Site(s) and Services for Homeless Individuals. Shelters are needed to address the immediate needs of those experiencing homelessness on the Joe Rodota Trail and other parts of the county. The ultimate goal is to meet homeless individuals where they are and to support them in successfully transitioning into permanent supportive housing and/or permanent housing. Read full story

Members of the Lower Russian River Homeless Task Force have selected six organizations to receive funding to house 50 individuals experiencing homelessness and mitigate the effects of homelessness in the Lower Russian River.
