Public Infrastructure's Facilities Operations division plans, designs and manages Sonoma County facility construction projects that meet user needs and provide safe, healthy and aesthetic environments in a sensible, cost-effective manner. This includes everything from routine maintenance to more extensive improvements that preserve and upgrade the infrastructure needed for effective public service. Facilities Operations also oversees parking enforcement for County-specific departments, please see below for more information.

Building Maintenance Services

Emergency Response: The staff in Facilities Operations is on call 24 hours per day, on a year-round basis. Call 707-565-2550 Monday through Friday, 8-5 p.m. After hours emergency, call dispatch at 707-565-2213.

For above-standard services, and depending on the size of the project, Facilities Operations or Capital Projects will manage the requests, which must be submitted via the County's intranet using the Facilities Project Request Form.
